We are looking for full time Projektingenieurbau (m/w/d) for our regional office in Bad Neuenahr

At the beginning of 2023, the regional office Ahr was founded as the first “residence” of Julius Berger International GmbH beyond the company location in Wiesbaden. The employees of the regional office support customers in the reconstruction of the region destroyed by the flood disaster in 2021. The focus is on the project management (deep construction, construction and bridge construction).

What tasks do you have? Cooperation in projects of our contracting authorities for the reconstruction after the flood disaster in the Ahrtal

Close cooperation with other team members, construction authorities and public mandaters

Coordination of planning and execution projects in civil and infrastructure construction

Responsibility for project management according to AHO Issue 9

Control of projects within the meaning of the builders with regard to compliance with costs, dates and quality

Support of our customers when applying for and retrieval of public funding

What are you doing? Graduate/master degree of civil engineering, focus on road construction, civil engineering or water engineering, or a comparable qualification

5 years of professional experience in project management of construction projects or in construction management

Safe handling of relevant rules (VOB, HOAI, AHO)

Experiences in dealing with scheduling and calculation software

Experience with public projects desirable

Communication strength and operational readiness as well as pronounced hands-on mentality
