Tool construction: development and construction of tools and molds, especially for elastomer processing, to ensure efficient and stable production processes. CAD modelling: creation and adaptation of 3D models and technical drawings (SolidWorks; Siemens NX) with high precision and technical depth. Production support: Close coordination with production areas and practical support through cutting work to prepare or implement technical solutions. Process management: responsibility for the technical process from the design to the introduction of new or optimized tools; Cooperation in development and change projects. Analysis & Optimization: Assessment of existing tools, execution of technical fault analyses (Tool Life, Quality, Performance) and derivation of improvement measures. Documentation & Costing: Creation of technical documentation and support for production, time and cost calculations for new or modified tools. Continuous Improvement: The introduction of constructive proposals for the continuous improvement of tools, processes and standards.

Requirements: Vocational training: completed technical training, e.g. as a toolmaker (m/w/d), precision mechanics (m/w/d), industrial mechanics (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification; Further training to the technician is advantageous. Professional experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in tool design or in tool engineering. CAD-Know-how: Secure application of SolidWorks or Siemens NX. Manufacturing competence: experience in machining (turning/milling), ideally with Hermle machines. Project understanding: knowledge in technical project management and the introduction of new tools. Language: basic knowledge in English and good German knowledge in word and writing.
