Administration, maintenance and support of IT infrastructure at local customers Technical 1st‐ & 2nd‐Level support for hard and software via ticket systems Software maintenance, patch management and ensuring stable system operation Support in Hardware Lifecycle & Asset Management Implementation, monitoring and documentation of IT projects and system introductions Knowledge transfer, advice and occasional training for users: Technology environment: Windows clients | Microsoft 365 | Mobile devices (iOS) | Ticket systems | Videoconference systems (e.g. Cisco)

Experience in IT support (1st & 2nd level) and system administration Good knowledge of Windows client environments and Microsoft 365 Experience in support of mobile devices (iOS) Ideally knowledge of video conferencing solutions (e.g. Cisco) Service-oriented, structured and solution-oriented operation Communication strength in handling users:inside Driving licence Class B (Must‐Have)
