What do you expect from us? Varied tasks You assemble components, assemble them to function units and check if everything is running - with modern tools and real technology know-how. Learning through practice From the very beginning, you will learn how to manufacture individual parts or assemble assemblies of industrial series products and check their functionality. Teamwork & Support In our training center and in the specialist departments you will be closely supervised and work side by side with experienced colleagues. Your training in detail: You start with an introductory course in our training center, where you learn the basics of manual and machine material processing. Then you get the necessary practical skills and skills in the different departments at VAHLE. In parallel, you will visit the Eduard Spranger Berufskolleg in Hamm (block lessons in 3-4 week blocks). To ensure that you are perfectly prepared, we will support you in the preparation of the exam – for a successful completion with a safe feeling.
