As project manager IT-Governance / IT-Security, you will work in the management and professional management of the development and implementation of IT-Governance / IT-Safety. As project manager IT-Governance / IT-Security, you will work in the management and professional management of the development and implementation of the IT governance and information security strategy. This is done in coordination with the requirements of the corporate mother. You take over the IT Director's representation in all external and internal audit bodies (audit, supervisory, legal department) and in strategic IT compliance issues. You coordinate the implementation of regulatory IT security requirements (ISO27001, DORA, NIS2) in the operational IT processes. You ensure the organization's compliance readiness. You run the Incident Response Team as an Incident Manager for serious security incidents and monitor the post-incident activities for process improvement. You design the company-wide IT security Awareness program.

Completed study of a suitable subject. Multiannual professional experience in IT security, compliance or risk management Proven expertise in the implementation and audit management of the most important standards (ISO 27001, NIS-2, DORA, GDPR) Relevant IT security certifications (e.g. CISSP) Experience in cooperation with internal and/or external audit teams Good knowledge of German in word and vision
