Tenant care: Our commercial tenants are responsible for all contract matters and for the selection of tenants, the contract negotiations, the conclusion of new lease contracts and supplements, as well as the transfers and subsequent measures,

structural measures: control necessary structural measures in the course of rental, repair or in the case of insurance cases with the support of the technical departments of our house;

Modernisation and development: accompanying the necessary modernization measures, working with the development of commercial properties in new and refurbishment projects and bringing your conceptual knowledge and relevant experiences with the focus of commercial real estate in planning and implementation.

Commercial support and rental increase: maintain your stocks in all commercial matters and monitor and implement rental increases,

Internal cooperation: working together with other internal departments, in particular operating costs and debt management,

service providers and craftsmen: control the use of service providers and craftsmen in the context of ongoing management and monitor their implementation in a timely and quality-oriented manner;

Improving profitability: develop proposals for maintenance, investment and quarter development measures to improve profitability,

Communication and networking: communication with other departments, service providers and, where appropriate, take over authorities,

Expertise: Bring your entire experience in the field of rental and management of commercial real estate, commercial lease right (ideally with knowledge of the sales tax aspects of commercial real estate) to the commercial team

Special topics: take over other position-related tasks and special projects

a completed commercial training, as far as possible a real estate businessman or relevant professional experience, preferably in commercial real estate management

good MS Office and SAP skills as well as safe handling of relevant key figures

high spatial and temporal flexibility a pronounced communication capability

Experience in dealing with tenants, exporting companies, authorities and institutions

Experience in industrial property law or in the conclusion of commercial rent contracts

Knowledge in the field of WEG and/or special property management is advantageous
