The Cologne wine cellar belongs to the REWE Group, based in Cologne (Stolberger Straße 92).

What you do with us: You guide the Weinberatung team professionally and disciplinefully and ensure continuous professional and personal development. You are responsible for the service, deployment and holiday planning and for an optimal organization in the daily business. You accompany the onboarding of new employees and actively participate in recruitment talks. You continuously develop our consulting, service and quality standards and ensure their implementation. You advise customers: inside with high professional expertise, including the care of demanding wine lovers. You are supported in assortment care, product presentation and area management. You plan and accompany events & Tastings and represent the Cologne wine cellar. You take appropriate measures to optimize sales, service quality and customer retention from relevant key figures, present their progress and actively participate in the budget and cost management of the Weinberatung area. You work closely with purchasing, marketing, logistics and management and act as an important interface.

Very good knowledge of national and international wine regions, vintages and styles. You have well-founded knowledge of wine, ideally complemented by a Sommelier training or a comparable qualification. You communicate confidently and at eye level and have already gained first experience in the leadership of employees. You are sure to go with MS Office and have already worked with merchandise management systems.
