Senior Manager Procurement Compliance & Supplier Governance (m/f/d)

Control PPWR Conversion You control the implementation of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) in the procurement organisation and continuously develop the requirements of the regulation. Developing supplier requirements You define, implement and communicate clear supplier requirements for recycling, recyclate, labelling, reporting and regulatory compliance. Digitally secure compliance You provide proofing and documentation securely and select suitable digital solutions to efficiently support regulatory compliance requirements. Supplier Product Specifications (SPPs) You are responsible for governance, standardization and continuous improvement of Supplier Product Specifications (SPPs) across and sustainably. Integrate supply chain compliance You integrate the requirements of the Supply Chain Care Code (LkSG) as well as human rights and environmental requirements in purchasing, supplier and procurement processes. Coordinating and reporting stakeholders You are a central interface between procurement and areas such as legal, regulatory affairs, sustainability and supply chain, conduct Gap analyses and action plans, develop training, build KPIs and reportest regularly to management.

Finding professional experience You bring 7–10 years of professional experience and have at least 3–5 years of practice in strategic purchasing, supplier management and compliance. Governance & Compliance Expert You have deep know-how in supplier governance, risk and compliance management along international supply chains and can effectively translate regulatory requirements into processes. Project & change expertise You are taxing complex projects structured over several months, bringing significant project management skills and having proven experience in change management. Analytical, future-oriented thinking You comprehensively analyze new problems, evaluate market solutions for applicability and develop sustainable approaches even in uncertain facts. Strong communication & enforcement You convince and advise internal and external stakeholders in challenging conversations, moderately secure and implement topics with clear stakeholder management. Language & Systemfit You communicate safely in German and English and work with compliance management systems as well as digital governance solutions.
