You participate in IT Vendor Management and Software Asset Management and actively contribute to their further development You carry out monthly reports on the status of ongoing negotiations independently and prepare them You provide data in the PowerBI report on licensing cost transparency and support in budget planning regarding data quality and visualization You contribute to the further development of the Confluence appearance by structuring content, creating documentation and templates and contributing to the page administration You will begin decision-making and outcome presentations in close coordination with the team You support the preparation, organisation and follow-up of workshops and meetings

You are in an ongoing study of economic informatics, computer science or a comparable subject You bring basic IT skills and interest in IT vendor and license management You have knowledge of Data Analysis with Power BI as well as documentation and administration with confluence, including macros, user management and reports You're safe with tools like Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint You work reliably, structured and proactively, bringing independent time management and an analytical approach German and English knowledge in word and writing complete your profile
