Implementation of the monthly pay bill for a defined group of persons taking into account laws, collective agreements and operating agreements, including the processing of regular checks Examination and maintenance of accounting-relevant master data, time management data and organization data in the SAP system Creation, testing and administration of personal documents with pay reference Contact persons for external bodies (e.g. health insurance, authorities) and processing of electronic reporting procedures Definition, creation and implementation of target group-specific HR reports Ensuring information and knowledge transfer to internal interfaces Participation in the continuous optimization and standardization of processes in the area of responsibility and cooperation in corresponding (interdisciplinary) projects

Completed commercial training, ideally complemented by additional qualification in the field of pay accounting, alternatively a study of economics with a corresponding focus Relevant professional experience in HR, ideally focusing on pay billing, master data administration, time management and reporting Knowledge of labour, tax and social security law Secure handling of MS Office as well as HR systems, SAP knowledge of advantage Structured, analytical and independent functioning as well as a high degree of care and accuracy High solution and service orientation as well as flexibility and openness for changes in systems and processes Discretion in handling sensitive personal data
