About us The ZPFE accompanies children, young people and families in challenging situations of life with individual educational concepts. We promote participation, strengthen resources and develop sustainable solutions together. For our newly opened location in Marburg we are looking for a dedicated management personality that actively shapes the construction and management of our offers in the school accompaniment/participation assistance and, above all, SPFH. You build up our team there, train it professionally, ensure the quality of our work and introduce new ideas into the structuring of the offers.

Technical and organisational management of SPFH and AFE offers at Marburg Establishment of pedagogical coordination, the professionals who coordinate school guidance/participatory assistance Staff management and development: guidance, coaching and support of employees Quality assurance: Implementation and further development of concepts and working standards Case control and crisis management: expert advice in complex situations Cooperation and Networking: Close cooperation with youth offices, schools and other institutions Reporting: Responsibility for documentation, evaluations Design space: Own-sponsored development of the new site

Completed studies in social education, social work or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in family assistance/SPFH or individual assistance First leadership experience or strong management competence Communication strength, empathy and solution-oriented thinking Organisational and network skills and safe occurrence to authorities and cooperation partners Driving licence Class B and mobility
