overall control of the AI offensive as a strategic transformation project incl. Sprint planning, roadmap and reporting to management Identification and evaluation of new use cases Preparation and implementation of steering circuits Coordination of all workstreams (training, use-case pipeline and Ambassador network) Stakeholder management at all levels – from management to departments to external partners Change Management: Enablement, Activation of Leaders and Visibility of Success Planning and moderation of core process workshops to identify AI potentials Construction and support of the AI Ambassador network at all locations

Experience in managing complex, multi-site transformation projects Designed for parallel workstreams and different stakeholders Strong communication and moderation competence at all hierarchical levels Funded understanding of AI, automation and digitalization Experience with agile methods (OKR and Sprints) and classic project management Enforcement strength and resilience, including resistances Very good German knowledge (C2), good English knowledge and readiness to travel to Germany and Poland
