That makes this job interesting for me: The offshore operation is one of the most exciting growth areas in the energy transition – and I’m here from the start. In the role of Referent* in the field coordination offshore, I actively shape the construction and long-term development of an area. I am responsible for the implementation of the 50Hertz management systems (such as BCM or data protection), support the contract management and carry out coordinating and administrative tasks that make the area operational. With my hands-on mentality and my view for structures and processes, I create the foundations for a safe, efficient and sustainable offshore organization.
