We are looking for dedicated new shift guides (m/w/d) for our customer in Bitterfeld-Wolfen.

Your tasks:

• Management and management of shift workers to ensure a smooth production process within the shift
• Control and monitoring of production processes as well as operating production plants partly by means of process control technology
• Detection and elimination of production disorders
• Implementation of smaller maintenance and repair work
• Control of compliance with quality parameters and customer specifications during quality assurance of products
• Finishing and packaging

Your profile:

• Senior Consultant (m/w), Senior Consultant (m/w)
• Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position in manufacturing, as far as possible in the chemical or manufacturing industry
• Safe handling of process control technology and basic PC skills
• Hands-on mentality, good technical understanding and craft skills
• ready for full-continuous shift work
• Good communication and motivation and high team skills
