You take over the end-to-end responsibility for innovative and secure identity and access services You design and optimize central platforms such as Active Directory and Entra ID, ensure smooth integration and continuously develop the services The secure authentication and encryption by a modern PKI is in your area of responsibility as well as consistent compliance with security and compliance requirements from governance to data protection You control external service providers and platform providers, ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs, and are central contact persons for all requirements in the areas of expertise With your eye for innovation, you will observe technological trends and make improvements to our services In Change & Release Management coordinate updates and changes in close cooperation with internal and external partners By building and maintaining dashboards, you create transparency about service quality and safety and direct optimisation measures As part of the Digital Workplace team, you work across the range and actively design the interfaces to Endpoint & Apps, Communication & Collaboration and Security with

Funded knowledge in Active Directory, Entra ID, Authentication methods, Conditional Access, PKI, Secret Server, Powershell as well as in modern IAM concepts Experience in IT Service Management according to ITIL, ideal in international organisations Experience in cooperation with external service providers and cloud platforms Understanding IT security requirements, identity governance and regulatory requirements Ability to convey technical content in a comprehensible and targeted manner – both to IT professionals and end users Experience in the implementation of service projects and in the monitoring of change processes Cooperation with international teams, architects and departments Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured operation, high self-initiative and pronounced problem-solving competence
