Commercial Project Assistant Management / Real Estate (m/f/d)

In this position, you work closely with the management and are a central part of our daily business. You hold the threads together in the background, suggesting clear structures and bringing them forward reliably. In doing so, you take responsibility for the accounting system, participate in the preparation of financial statements and are in regular exchange with tax advisors, banks and other partners. At the same time, you actively shape processes, bring order into complex topics and contribute to the smooth and efficient implementation of our projects.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally related to the real estate industry, and feel as safe as you can in dealing with numbers as well as in organizing processes. You work structured, independent and keep track of multiple topics at the same time. It makes you happy to take responsibility and make things more reliable. You will be sure to act, communicate clearly and move confidently in exchange with internal and external partners. You have a good feeling for commercial relationships and bring the necessary accuracy to perform tasks cleanly and conscientiously. If you like to work in the team, but you also want to take themes independently and actively shape them, you will fit us very well.
