As a software developer (m/w/d) for the strategic project "Building Contract Service SHT" you are a central driver of the practical implementation in the detachment of our host-based old system. You are significantly involved in the development and implementation of the new, sustainable contractual service for our property, liability and accident insurance (SHT). In close cooperation with the Product Owner, the Solution Architect and your agile team, you will ensure that a high-quality, modern and manageable software solution is created. Software Developer (m/w/d) - Contract Service Active design and development of the new software solution within an interdisciplinary and agile squad Implementation of modern, scalable and performant software components and microservices based on Java and cloud technologies Technical design and implementation of User Stories in close coordination with Product Owner and Solution Architect Ensuring high code quality through clean code principles, test automation (unit, integration tests) and regular code reviews Participation in the design and implementation of a CI/CD pipeline for the automation of build, test and deployment processes Connection of resystems via modern REST APIs and cooperation in implementing a consistent data strategy Evaluation and integration of AI-based solutions to increase efficiency and create innovative added value (e.g. in process automation or data analysis) Participation in agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and active introduction of ideas for continuous improvement of processes and technologies Support in the analysis of technical requirements and the development of solution designs according to the defined target architecture Continuous knowledge sharing in the team and active development of your technical skills

have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, a training as a specialist (m/w/d) for application development or a comparable qualification brings sound, practical experience in software development with Java and common frameworks (e.g. Spring Boot) have experience in the development of distributed systems and microservice architectures has knowledge in the design and implementation of REST APIs and in the handling of databases (relational and/or NoSQL) ideally have first experiences with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools ideally brings interest or first practical experience in the field of artificial intelligence and their application for process optimization with understands the principles of Clean Code and Test Driven Development (TDD) and places value on high software quality are a real team player who has fun finding and implementing the best solutions in the team draws you through a solution-oriented, proactive operation and the willingness to work into new technologies and complex professional domains
