Employee Quality Assurance in the Field of Electronics Manufacturing (m/f/d)

You bear the quality responsibility for complete product families – from the supply chain to production to customer support.

You plan and conduct training and awareness-raising measures to strengthen the company's quality awareness.

You support development and series projects in our ISO5–ISO8 production areas.

You develop quality concepts for existing manufacturing processes.

You support risk management in processing faulty products.

You control and conduct internal error and cause analyses.

You process customer returns, coordinate the analysis and create meaningful reporting.

You create and check quality documentation such as work and test instructions, FMEAs or control plans.

You cooperate in quality assurance agreements.

You support the further development of our process landscape in close coordination with the QMB.

You use established methods and tools to achieve sustainable quality improvements, including: FMEA

FAR (8D) for structured error processing

KPI analysis

Audits

You have a completed technician training or a technical study (e.g. precision engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering).

You bring experience in quality assurance and master common quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, metric analysis and audits.

You have knowledge in statistical methods (e.g. DoE) and in the handling of measurement and testing technology.

You communicate very well in German and well in English.

You know relevant quality standards such as ISO9001 and ideally also clean room processes.

You analyze fault images structured and find practical solutions.

You communicate clearly and coordinate confidently with different interfaces.

You work independently, team-oriented, reliable and customer-focused.

You bring about enforcement, initiative and flexibility.
