We are looking for an unlimited period for our Community dwellings Treeneweg 10b in Flensburg on 01.10.2026 and a part-time (90 %)

You're an educator, a cure nurse, or a nurse. With your empathic and valuing way, you go openly and objectively towards your fellow human beings. You have joy in working with people, no fear of touch and want to work in a multi-professional team.

Your tasks include the pedagogical and nursing support of people with assistance needs in managing their everyday life. You design the daily routine and support along the needs and needs of the residents and take over the documentation of this service. You expect a varied activity. You do not lose the overview and are able to achieve the goal even in unclear situations. You have humor and creative craftsmanship for organizational and interpersonal challenges.

You receive a payment by house rate, a 13.
