As a Business Process Manager:in you are responsible for the acquisition of the expert:internal role for the process map. To do this, you always plead a close cooperation with Process Owner:inside and make sure that governance and modeling requirements for the continuous optimization of the end-to-end processes and their release are complied with. You have the responsibility for the change request management. Take care of the evaluation, prioritization and implementation of amendments together with Process Owner:inside and Process Manager:inside, including interface management to relevant specialist areas and IT. You take over the moderation and support of Process Boards. You attach particular importance to the organisation, management and active support of cross-departmental process bodies, including escalation management, and communication and moderation in cross-departmental questions. Quality assurance and auditing of process standards is also part of your tasks. You carry out maturity measurements, quality reviews and audits to ensure process compliance. Especially the handling of tools such as signavio or automation tools is not a challenge for you. Building and maintaining a strong network is also part of your activity Active support for cross-departmental cooperation, moderation of continuous improvement processes (KVP) as well as communication of method and tool competence complete your task profile.

You have a completed master's degree in economics, computer science or engineering or a comparable qualification. To do this, you have several years of experience in business process management and have know-how in terms of methods and tools for process analysis, design, implementation, ‐controlling and automatization. Experiences in the field of project management (agile and classic), stakeholders:internal management and change management are of course for you. You have a strong network affinity and the ability to expand it across areas. You have an analytical and conceptual mindset, a structured and process-oriented way of working. You can create networks with different stakeholders: to build and maintain networks at different hierarchical levels in order to pursue current process developments. A comprehensive end-to-end confession for complex process relationships is necessary to identify and control interfaces and dependencies within the company. Mediation in conflict situations, pronounced conflict competence and solution-oriented action in a dynamic environment are not a challenge for you. Self-responsive decision-making, self-initiative, sense of responsibility, teamwork, reliability and knowledge of methods characterize your personality. In addition, you will find address-oriented communication for complex issues and thus promote the active dialogue for cross-area cooperation.
