Specialist Recruiting Processes & Analytics (m/f/d)

You support the implementation of international recruiting processes in close cooperation with the HR teams of the 8 ALDI North countries. Analyze Recruiting and Sourcing KPIs using Excel reports and Power BI dashboards and guide continuous process optimization measures. You test and optimise our applicant management system, train users and start international guidelines as well as training documents. You participate in the further development of the career websites of all countries, coordinate technical interfaces and advise the national HR teams in content management. You support the development and establishment of international standards for candidate profiles, job advertisements and jobboards. You prepare English-language country meetings and run them together with the team. In addition, you will create targeted communication documents and presentations. You will become part of a dedicated team in the international People & Culture area, which will drive themes People Acquisition & Retention with passion. You have a successfully completed degree, for example in HR management or a degree course of economics or social sciences. You bring at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a thematically appropriate HR function, for example in strategic recruiting or HR project management. Experience in project and stakeholder management has already been gained, for example in the creation of target group-specific concepts, guidelines and training documents. You have first experiences with IT systems and willingness to work deeper into applicant management and content management systems. Embossed analytical skills and joy in dealing with recruiting and sourcing metrics characterize you; ideally, you have already gained first experience in creating, evaluating and interpreting reports and dashboards (e.g. Excel, Power BI) for data-based optimization of recruiting processes and talent acquisition measures. You have a good understanding of recruiting processes and deriving recommendations from data to continuously improve Candidate Experience, process quality and recruiting success.
