Take over the management of strategic IT and business process services – both nationally and internationally – and implement the requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) into practice, including: concern for compliance and efficiency in Vendor Management: You ensure that our partners meet the highest governance and security standards Recognize risks before You arise: Analyze provider and contract risks (including cyber resilience and subcontracting) and develop smart strategies for risk mitigation and emergency planning Optimize the performance: You are responsible for quality, costs and needs – and make sure that SLAs and regulatory requirements are not only met but exceeded.

Be our Product Owner for Ivalua and responsible for the configuration and development of the Ivalua Source-to-Pay platform, which includes: translation of business requirements into technical specifications Control of Release, Change and Test Processes Ensuring system stability, performance and compliance Integration of Ivalua with surrounding systems (e.g. SAP) Documentation of configurations, processes and architecture

You have successfully completed a bank training or your studies in (economic) informatics, BWL, VWL, economic engineering or legal science, or have acquired a comparable qualification You've already at least. 5 years of professional experience can collect in a similar position You ideally have the following certification: Ivalua L3 (Source-to-Pay, SRM) and L2 Technical You preferably have good knowledge of banking regulators; Focus: MaRisk, EBA Guidelines and DORA You are powerful, bring high communication skills and a sovereign handling of conflict situations with Self-employed, structured working and a hand-on mentality with high quality demands are a matter of course for you Professional handling of internal customers as well as external suppliers is your personal claim Very good language skills in German and English complete your profile
