HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

You are a strategic Sparring partner for our executives in all relevant HR topics – especially in the areas of personnel planning, organisational development and transformation. You accompany and control central HR processes in your area of responsibility and ensure that HR measures are implemented effectively, practically and sustainably. You support executives in personnel decisions, change processes, and labour law relevant issues. You actively promote topics such as management development, talent and succession planning as well as performance management and develop them together with the disciplines. You analyze personnel needs, recognize organisational areas of action early and take appropriate measures together with the business. You work confidently with management teams, the works council and the HR units in the group and promote constructive cooperation at eye level. You identify optimization potentials along the Employee Lifecycle and implement sustainable HR solutions together with the relevant stakeholders. You bring new ideas and HR initiatives not only on the way, but also for a successful implementation in everyday operational life.

You have a completed training or study, ideally with a commercial or personal background. You bring a pronounced affinity to HR topics and enjoy working with and for people. You have gained first experience in an advisory, coordinating or leading function (e.g. team management, project work, interface function). You have good knowledge of English and a safe handling of MS Office.
