The Competence Center Construction of the Universities NRW (KoBa NRW) is a comprehensive institution of the universities of applied sciences in NRW and the art and music colleges based at TH Köln. Since 2022, KoBa NRW has been advising the 23 partner universities in central areas of development planning, land management, construction processes and sustainability and climate protection in building and building management.

Management of projects and working groups on construction and procurement issues Project management in construction processes and (building) award procedures of the art and music universities NRW Development of concepts, information and construction schedules for construction processes and awards Participation in tenders for construction contracts Advice and information processing for employees, presidies and bodies of the Kunst- und Musikhochschulen NRW Participation in contract processing in all phases of the regulation on fees for architects and engineers (HOAI) Training, seminars and information events Provision of digital information materials for partner universities

University degree (master level), preferably in the field of architecture or (construction) engineering Expertise in construction processes/construction management and operator responsibility Optimum experience in the application of the (Construction-)Vergaberechts (VgV) and the regulation on the fees for architects and engineering services (HOAI) Detectional knowledge of project management Ideally knowledge of economic and cost calculations Routined in the application of MS Office products, especially Excel and MS Project Very good German and happy good English skills Embossed communication and cooperation capabilities Analytical and independent thinking and working methods
