Your tasks:

• Adaptation and conversion of tools for different product variants
• Production of new punching, drawing and follow-up dies and welding and testing devices
• Modification and processing of components based on technical drawings and design data
• Analysis of damage to tools and coordination of the repair scope with the relevant departments
• Coordination of repair and production dates with the production department
• Self-assembly and operation of machines such as turning, milling and grinding machines
• Documentation and monitoring of the manufacturing process with regard to tool technology requirements

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a tool mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable
• Professional knowledge of punching and forming technology desirable
• 2-layer readiness
