For the commercial management of these growing tasks, we are looking for a farmer (m/w/d) for reinforcement.

What you do with us: Project controlling: You support investment, digitization and organizational projects in commercial terms, monitor budgets and milestones and prepare policy templates. This would also include the participation in the development, development and establishment of our project controlling structures, standards and tools. Reporting: You first and develop our monthly and quarterly reporting for management and field management – from data processing to meaningful dashboard. Planning: You are involved in economic strategies, future and deviation analyses of our business units. Structures: You develop cost center and cost center accounting as well as our controlling instruments and data processes. Sparringspartner: You are a contact person for business economic issues and prepare figures for addressing – including for bodies and cost-beneficiaries.

You'll fit us if: you have completed an economic study with a focus on project management + controlling/finance or a comparable qualification (e.g. commercial training with further education) and Professional experience in controlling, ideally in the healthcare or social economy you are analytic, structured and self-employed and can explain figures you show your own initiative and enjoy actively shaping structures in a non-profit organization
