To strengthen our team for the Weingarten site, we are now looking for a group leader production (m/w/d).
Main responsibilities
Self-fulfilment of bookings in the Oracle R12 system and training of employees. Documentation of shift-relevant activities and data in the shiftbook. Coordination and implementation of batch adjustments and viscosity and pH adjustments. Participation in regular team and field meetings (TIER, Jour Fixe, team meeting). Participation in internal CAIRs, Root Cause analyses and continuous process improvement. Ensuring order and cleanliness according to 5S and support in the Spill Prevention program. Planning and coordination of weekly and holiday plans and department-related KPIs. Preparation and active participation in internal and external audits. Implementation and further development of quality strategies in their own sphere of responsibility.
Qualifications
Complete training as a chemical or comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the paint and varnish industry of advantage. Knowledge of production processes and quality assurance. Experience in handling ERP systems (e.g. Oracle R12). Teamability, initiative and structured working.
