As a transmission system operator, we secure the power supply for around eleven million people in Baden-Württemberg. You lead the Comissioning team and coordinate the transfer of relevant documents and data before the commissioning of large projects, e.g. SüdLink to the plant operation You are responsible for communication and regular reporting to the management of the central content management department You are the technical interface between competence clusters, subproject coordinators and key users You promote the professional development of team members You regularly organize and moderate internal team meetings for coordination and assignment

You bring well-founded project management experience, ideally in major projects with a technical focus, with You are characterized by a strong understanding of content, document and data management as well as relevant standards You are versed in handling interface functions You are strong in communication and have experience in reporting and professional leadership of teams You safely moderate the change processes and drive forward transformations with a clear target image
