You are responsible for the implementation of our concepts, set standards and methods in your work area and are responsible for the proper implementation of the cleaning processes of your area of responsibility. This involves the proper execution of our hygiene policies and plans and the monitoring of its proper implementation, while taking care of the economic handling of your area resources. The required data management in the area-related software programs is also part of your daily tasks as well as the design and implementation of the service transfers. In the team you will take over your own cleaning work and you are contact persons for all team members in coordination with the cleaning management.

They have already gained several years of experience in the maintenance of a larger company. To your advantage, it would be if you were able to demonstrate first management experience in the area. They are convinced by good knowledge of German and are safe to use standard software applications in the cleaning industry, in order to be able to handle our in-house software. They are characterized by high durability, efficient organizational ability and have a good eye for cleanliness and appealing order. They possess quality awareness and a high social competence in the handling of our residents, whose living area you care about in cleaning.
