Creation, maintenance and further development of project schedules over all project phases with MS Project or comparable tools Parent appointment control and continuous monitoring of project progress in complex major projects Analysis of time deviations, derivation of appropriate countermeasures and support of project management in project management Creation of time forecasts, progress analyses and project-related time reports for internal and external project participants Function as a central contact for all topics of scheduling and support of the project teams in active chance and risk management
Completed studies, e.g. in industrial engineering, civil engineering, energy or process engineering, project management or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the project environment, ideally in scheduling and timing of projects Experience with project management tools, preferably MS Project and/or Primavera Structured, proactive mode of operation and a high sense of responsibility also in challenging project phases Very good German knowledge as well as good English skills and safe handling of M365 applications such as MS Teams, SharePoint or PowerPoint
