Team Leader Technical Facility Management (TGM) for our Real Estate Management department (m/f/d)

You lead, control and coordinate the technical building management team with eleven employees in line with the modern leadership principles and the Naspa's mission. You bear the overall responsibility for compliance with all technical and regulatory requirements and ensure the proper protection of buildings and installations. The planning, organization and monitoring of all measures for obtaining, maintenance and technical management of the real estate and the performance of the operator's contract are your responsibility. As a central interface, you coordinate cooperation with internal departments, external service providers and utilities and ensure a smooth flow of information. You create operational planning, responsible for cost and measure planning, monitor budgets and initiate appropriate measures in the event of discrepancies. In addition, you continuously develop the structures, processes and standards in the TGM, build a transparent reporting system and ensure professional complaint and quality management.

You have a degree in real estate or construction/architecture or a comprehensive technical training, as well as a comparable qualification. You can bring your experience in technical building management as well as the takeover of operator responsibility competently in this function. Ideally, you have gained initial experience or have already taken responsibility for employees in comparable functions. Organisational skills and the ability to control and coordinate complex processes are both a structured, predictive way of working and a secure priority management. You like to take personal responsibility, act decisively and always keep an overview of complex topics. A high level of service orientation, team spirit and clear, binding communication complete your profile.
