You carry out the planning and coordination of personnel capacity. The assignment and management of the construction managers, specialist building managers, project planners and participating entrepreneurs complete your task profile. The organisation of the construction site facility and the review of the planning documents are part of your task. The creation and continuous maintenance and tracking of schedules in Microsoft Project is your responsibility. Participation in work meetings with the client is part of your task. You take over the organization and creation of the accounting base as well as the creation and implementation of supplementary incomes. The responsibility for claim management is in your hands. You arrange handling payments and partial invoices and finished protocols, for example, for construction meetings, disabilities and handovers and decreases. In cooperation with the project team, You carry out the evaluation of the project experiences and regular project meetings. Close cooperation with project buyers – among other things in the creation and coordination of a cost line.

Education: You have a completed study of electrical or communications technology or a master/electrotechist. Ideally, you will bring a project management qualification.
