Team Leader Quality Development & Management (m/f/d)

The new team for quality development & control aims to develop, improve and ensure a high quality of our services. Your future tasks: Take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the newly formed team and actively promote its further development. Develop and implement quality standards, create a comprehensive quality management manual and ensure compliance. Regularly analyze customer satisfaction surveys and conduct measures to optimize processes. Promote quality awareness in the team and company-wide through training, workshops and active participation in the internal quality management community. Promote strategic projects and cross-departmental quality objectives and establish efficient communication structures with other specialist departments. Test and evaluate innovative technologies for continuous improvement of service quality and support of work processes.

Professional experience in quality management, ideally in the insurance industry, as well as experience in dealing with complaints and customer satisfaction. Embossed customer orientation, pleasure in optimizing processes and structured, analytical thinking. Funded knowledge in MS-Office as well as interest and skills in handling artificial intelligence for quality and data analysis. High level of team capacity, empathy, communication strength and transparency in dealing with colleagues. Own initiative, proactive working style, strategic skills and solution-oriented thinking. Willingness to take responsibility and implement innovative approaches in quality management.
