Teamleiter / HR-Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the management and organisation of the personnel area on site and are leading the HR team professionally and disciplinefully. In addition, you work with the team in operational personnel work and in strategic issues with location management. Completed studies in the field of HR, Economy, Psychology or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in HR management, ideally in a team management or senior HR role Knowledge found in labour law and in modern HRP practices leadership competence, communication strength and a motivating leadership style Solution-oriented, structured operation and professional appearance Joy in shaping changes and setting new impulses Analytical thinking and structured approach MS Office, especially good Excel knowledge Experiences with an ERP system of advantage Very good English skills
