For our service field Finance, Regulation & Procurement in Tribe External Workforce Management, we are looking for you in full or part-time as Product Manager Controller (m/w/d) in Berlin, Frankfurt, Karlsruhe, Munich and Germany. Münster. Your activity is assigned to the Chapter External Core Business Unit Management. Here you work with 2 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives

You hire our subsidiary, conduct foreign-reference and risk assessments, and create contracts in cooperation with Legal. You make sure that the subsidiary's employees can work on Atruvia's systems by assigning access permissions and managing required assets. You take responsibility for managing and controlling the subsidiary by participating in sprint reviews, checking status reports, conducting service talks with the subsidiary and defining measures. You co-ordinate the performance by accompanying the aPFM process, release features, perform tests and acceptances, and check the product award. You prepare the annual and monthly planning and check invoices and proofs of activity. You are a coordinator and contact person both in the direction of the subsidiary and inward to the various departments of Atruvia.

Personality with profile

You have completed your studies as well as several years of relevant professional experience in product management and/or supplier control or comparable qualification. You have well-founded user knowledge in MS365, would be desirable knowledge of the software products SAP Ariba and/or Fieldglass. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You have a strong negotiating skill and persuasive power in combination with great presentation strength.
