Advising the Management Board of MUL-CT in all areas of planning new construction measures with the main project of the development of the University Campus Management, control, testing and evaluation of external engineering services to secure the project objectives, such as budget management, construction quality and scheduling Performance of contractors in the field of construction and TGA Conceptual preliminary design planning in the area of building planning Negotiations with authorities, public authorities and funding agencies Close cooperation with the fields of operating technology, operating organization, occupational safety and hygiene, etc.

Completed degree as a master or diploma engineer, in the field of architecture, civil engineering and/or hospital planning technology Multiannual, relevant professional experience with proven multi-disciplinary professional experience in the field of project management, preferably construction in health care Funded knowledge of HOAI and public procurement procedures VgV, VOB/A Knowledge of preventive fire protection in hospital construction Ability in all management phases of the object planning according to HOAI, leadership quality, enforcement capability and an open and friendly communication mode
