Design, develop and maintain Java-based applications and integration solutions in IT projects using agile methods to implement a service-oriented IT architecture. Design and implement integration processes with Boomi and ensure the quality and performance of the developed software and integration solutions through code reviews and tests. Support in troubleshooting and optimization of existing systems and integrate security and compliance requirements from the financial services sector to ensure the protection of critical data and systems. Support innovation culture to enable continuous improvement and adaptation to new technology trends. Schools and support the team in agile practices as well as in Scrum principles and the DevOps development approach. Optimize development processes and methods to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and promote team dynamics and commitment. In addition, maintain effective communication and relationships with all project participants.

You have successfully completed your studies in computer science or economics with the focus on IT or comparable vocational training/studies. A comprehensive professional experience with the Boomi Integrationsplatform as well as several years of practical professional experience in software development with Java is desirable in the financial and/or IT sector. You have several years of experience with Java Frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Quartz or Shedlock experience with Maven, Sonar and Git. You have knowledge of RDBMS database technologies, e.g. postgres, and experience with cloud platform technologies such as docker, terraform, Kubernetes. They have a profound understanding of agile development methods, especially Scrum and the DevOps development approach. You have the pleasure of working in a team.
