Your job as a customer manager (m/w/d)

• Telephone support for customers and sales partners on topics such as precious metal purchases, savings plans and related services
• Collection and processing of contracts and orders
• Creation of bills and shipping orders
• Standardized correspondence and general administrative tasks

Your qualification:

• Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience, ideally in the banking or financial services sector
• Experience in customer service or cross-release with pronounced communication talent
• Secure handling of PC applications (MS Office, ERP systems)
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (native language or C2 level)
• Immigrant guidance and Schufa-Auskunft
