Project Manager Modular Planning and Space Management (m/f/d)

In the course of modular planning for highly complex EPCM projects, we are looking for you and your enthusiasm for the areas of modular planning, space management, digitalization and system integration. Planning and planning of large-scale projects based on holistic modular planning approaches and coordination of planning disciplines within complex general planning and EPCM projects Creation of building rasters, rules and modular design kits as a regulatory framework for other design participants Analysis and conversion of project-specific requirements (user requirements) into typified room and function programs as a planning guide for the modular building design Own-responsible development of type-based execution details and construction building blocks in coordination with interdisciplinary planning teams Advising the BIM process with regard to modular building data models and digital chains from the project initiation phase to the transfer of digital documentation to operation Content and organisational responsibility for expert planning teams in the field of modular planning as well as Sparring partners and consultants for internal and external planning stakeholders

Complete study of architecture, civil engineering, building technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in planning projects in the industrial environment (especially according to HOAI performance phase 5), knowledge of modular planning are advantageous generalistic knowledge of the entire planning process and the different planning competencies (architecture, TGA, building physics, facade planning, etc.) Enthusiasm for all topics and trends related to modular planning, digitalization, space management and system integration Knowledge of BIM methodology and one or more digital planning tools (Autodesk Revit, Microstation, Vectorworks or comparable software) are advantageous Solution-oriented negotiation skills as well as good feeling for people and facts, coupled with the joy of working together in interdisciplinary teams Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness for occasional, project-related travels
