IT Service Desk Employee (m/f/d)

Contact person in IT support: First contact point for problems, enquiries and requests for change of employees around IT First-level support: acceptance, classification and processing of fault messages and service requirements via a central IT ticket system Support Process Collaboration: Close coordination with the second-level support for sustainable solution finding Hardware provision & configuration: setup and provision of IT hardware such as thin clients, laptops, PCs or phones

Education & Qualification: Completed vocational training, happy with reference to IT Professional experience & expertise: Ideally, first professional experience in the IT service desk or in the IT administration we also give a chance to cross- and re-entering IT- & Language Knowledge: Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products and basic knowledge of managing user accounts and groups in Microsoft Active Directory; knowledgeable German Personal competence: Good technical understanding and service-oriented thinking and acting
