Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for our team at the Institute's Department of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy Bochum | Part-time, Full-time | Limited to the earliest possible date In the LWL-PsychiatrieVerbund Westfalen, the Klinik für Psychosomatische Medizin und Psychotherapie des LWL-Universitätsklinikums Bochum is a modern clinic with 44 stationary and semi-stationary treatment sites, a large outpatient clinic and a Konsil and liaison service. The clinic was opened in early 2010. The main areas of treatment are eating disorders, trauma disorders, somatoforme (pain) disturbances, psychosomatic and somatopsychic disorders, non-substance addiction disorders – stationary and outpatient. It cooperates with numerous university clinics and hospitals in the Ruhr area.

As a clinic of the Ruhr-Universität Bochum we also perform tasks in science, teaching and research. Since December 2011, the clinic has been certified according to the “vocational and family” audit. We also participate in regular external evaluations, including the quality management system of DIN EN ISO 9001.

Communication with patient: women and relatives Administrative and organisational tasks Patient registration, reception and appointment coordination (also by telephone) in cooperation with the medical and psychological team Participation in the implementation of diagnostic and treatment measures (e.g. EKG, blood collection, psychometric testing, information talks, introduction to DiGA use, etc.) encoding performance numbers, diagnostic numbers and performance accounting Computer-assisted patient management Participation in the administration of the stations (e.g., digitization of patients:internal files, OPS codings, communication with clinics for submission of findings etc.) Support in routine recruitment of patients: female in clinical trials Support for teaching (e.g. exam supervision) and the organisation of training events General office work

A completed training as a medical specialist:r (Arzthelfer:in) Pre-experiences in dealing with mentally ill patients: inside are desirable, but not a prerequisite Responsibility and willingness to team work Organizational institution Application-oriented computer identifiers (MS Office, accounting software, if possible for EBM 2000 plus) Willingness to continue training in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy
