Product Owner Claim Management (IKAROS) (w/m/d) in full-time in Neuss That's what you expect:

We welcome you in the area of debt management. Under the leitmotif ''protect & mediate' we provide an innovative receivable management system. We want to move something together and with the help of the latest technologies and agile development methods we create innovative solutions to keep credit reform in debt management a top priority. You will be part of a dedicated 8-person Scrum team that creates a powerful standard within our IKAROS application landscape for our offices and constantly optimizes it.

These are your tasks

You control the Scrum team in terms of content by evaluating requirements, prioritizing the backlog and defining target and content for the next sprint.

You keep contact with the relevant stakeholders and communicate properly.

You take responsibility for your product and regularly present the created benefits in compliance with the budget.

You will follow legal changes and market requirements in receivable management and take into account them in your roadmap.

You are the contact person for your team.

That makes you

You have a Bachelor's degree in commercial or STEM areas.

You have a certification as a Product Owner and several years of practical experience in the role.

You know excellently in the domaine receivable management.

You know the software solution IKAROS from Ferber GmbH.

You have a pronounced customer and service orientation, joy in dealing with people, safe appearance and eloquence and very good German knowledge in word and writing.

The salary margin for this position is 75,000 to 85,000 euros gross annually, depending on qualification and professional experience.
