KPIs, KRIs and Risk Appetite Cyber Resilience & Operations Crisis Management: Responsibility for Business Cyber Resilience incl. Incident Response and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Infrastructure: Building skills in Threat & Vulnerability Management, Detection & Response (SOC), IAM and modern architectures (Zero Trust) Security by Design: Ensuring security-compliant implementation in IT and business projects (cloud, infrastructure, digital solutions) Risk & Third Party Management Risk management: Responsibility for corporate cyber risk management Suppliers: Assessment and control of third-party risks according to NIS2 Integration: Embedding cyber risks into Enterprise Risk Management Coordination & Reporting Interface: Central governance function between German locations and international security units Reporting: Regular Reporting to Management Board and C-Level Advice: Central contact person of the management in all questions of information security Awareness & Organization Team building: Building and developing a powerful security organization Awareness: Control of a Sustainable Security Awareness Program Culture: Promoting a company-wide security culture

Education Complete study of computer science, IT security or comparable qualification Professional Experience & Leadership Long-term (≥ 15 years) experience in information security Multiannual experience in a leading or CISO-close function Proven successes in building and transforming security organizations Expertise Funded knowledge in: ISO/IEC 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2-Angews & KRITIS Wide expertise in: IT infrastructure and network security, cloud environments (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) & cyber risk management and incident handling Communication and personality Impressive ability to explain complex issues at board level Experience in stakeholder management in international organisations Strategic, structured and proactive mode of operation Language skills German and English skills
