Documentation and processing: creation of export documentation, accreditation processing, control of order acquisition in SAP. Ensuring export control in accordance with applicable laws and internal guidelines. Financial management: execution of customer accounts. Support for cash-in planning and overdues statistics. Receivables management: monitoring of open receivables, ensuring dunning, claim management in cooperation with the distribution, as well as launching measures for recovery of claims. Authorities: Drawing power over the Chamber of Industry and Commerce

Your profile Training as a Diploma in Business Administration (FH), Euroseller/wife, Industrial Businessman/wife or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in drawing up all customs documents for export to third countries and export control experience Comprehensive experience in the preparation of invoices in accordance with international accounting rules, the preparation of preferential calculations, in the contracting and the settlement of accreditations. Experienced users of ATLAS and SAP as well as advanced Excel knowledge German and English fluent Team skills and strong communication skills
