Recruiting Coordinator

You control and accompany the entire recruiting process – from the publication of the job advertisement to the coordination of job interviews for different groups of employees. You are the first respondent for our applicants and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the entire application process. You advise and support executives in the occupation of positions and selection decisions for employees and trainees. You ensure high data quality and actively contribute to the optimization and digitization of recruiting processes. You work with employer branding and personal marketing measures to gain qualified talent for our company. You support HR projects and work closely with various internal interfaces on modern HR solutions.

You have a successfully completed commercial training, for example as a merchant/wife for office management, industrial businessman/wife, personnel service businessman/wife or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have completed your qualification with a further education or additional qualification in the field of human resources. You bring first professional experience in human resources, recruiting, HR operations or a comparable function. Safe handling of the common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and Outlook, is of course for you. Knowledge in the applicant management system Haufe Umantis are of advantage. Ideally, you have experience in handling SAP, preferably in the HR environment. A structured way of working as well as a pronounced organisational skill are yours. You convince by a high service orientation and joy in cooperation with different target groups. Communication strength, initiative and team spirit are your personal strengths. You can also keep an overview of several parallel topics and set priorities safe and targeted. You have knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
