As peicom GmbH we are part of the peiker Holding GmbH group, which combines the different companies of the Peiker family. This group has been developing and marketing pioneering communications systems for decades. As a young company, we specialize in the retail market (large store) and are one of the leading providers of communication solutions within stores and stores across Europe. Support our Business Development team: Technical evaluation of new solutions Support in technical design, testing and technical documentation of pilot solutions Conducting test installations internally and with customers Writing technical instructions and internal documentation

Support of our sales team: participation in customer appointments as technical contact Participation in the technical development of offers and concepts

Supporting our marketing team: Creating and reviewing the technical content for sales documents and marketing materials Transfer of technical input for website, brochures and presentations

Support of our service team: creation and analysis of fault trees for our 1st or 2nd level support Participation in technical faults in close coordination with manufacturers

Successfully completed technical training or technical studies Ideally, a multi-year professional experience in the technical field Experience in technical customer consulting, ideally in the B2B environment Good technical understanding in the field of communication technology / network technology / IT systems Ability to explain complex technical issues in a comprehensible way Experience in creating technical documentation and presentations Analytical and independent working methods Safe in handling the current MS Office programs Very good knowledge of German and English Good team and communication skills and fun in interdisciplinary cooperation
