For our melting operations of the Crystalline Business Unit, we are looking for three months for 18 months

You equip and operate the melting plants and accompany all process steps from the control of the weighers over the charging of the materials until the melt is poured off. During the melting process, monitor and evaluate it, remove samples and perform melt corrections. You prepare molds and introduce them professionally into the oven. You take over the preparation of casting boxes as well as the processing of casting pans. Replacement crucibles are equipped by you and processed for further use. You carry out maintenance and repair work, analyse causes of disturbances, fix them and pass on the corresponding fault descriptions. Transport activities are carried out using crane and industrial trucks.

You have at least three years of vocational training in a metalworking profession, for example as an industrial mechanic or process mechanic (m/w/d) and several years of professional experience. A good physical loadability is just as good as your willingness to work in a challenging production environment. An independent and responsible way of working is obvious to you. Quality and safety at work have a high priority for you and shape your daily action. Team skills and commitment and flexibility complete your profile. You optimally have a valid forklift and crane license as well as practical experience in handling industrial trucks. You bring the willingness to work in 3-shift operation.
