The Jobcenter Landkreis Konstanz is responsible for the implementation of the Social Code II in the county as a joint organisation of the County of Konstanz and the Agency for Labour Konstanz-Ravensburg. We are looking for support for the Jobcenter in Stockach on March 1, 2026: As a specialist assistant or specialist assistant (w/m/d) in the switch area and the entrance area, you will form the interface between our customers and the internal specialist areas.

Customer support: You are the first contact point of our customers and identify their concerns. You support the application and conduct identity checks. You accompany you in the establishment and use of our digital offers.

Interface function: You forward enquiries to the relevant departments. You take over the appointment management for downstream areas.

Administration & Administration: You process simple administrative processes, e.g. changes of bank connections or telephone numbers, as well as information about the processing status. You perform administrative tasks, including post administration and mail traffic.

Your qualification: You have successfully completed a career examination for the middle non-technical administration service, a training as an administrative specialist or a comparable commercial training. Your knowledge and experience: You are safe in dealing with the current MS Office applications and have ideally already experience in the application and interpretation of legal standards and knowledge in general administrative law. Your personality: You support people with empathy and convince by your service-oriented, binding appearance. You communicate clearly and work carefully and efficiently.
