Monthly and annual accounts: You are responsible for the creation and testing of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB (IFRS-knowledge of advantage but not a committee criterion) for the companies that you supervise. Main accounting: You take the independent management of the main accounting, including the coordination of Intercompany business incidents and ensuring correct account management. Accounting standards: You are responsible for compliance with national (HGB) accounting standards as well as intra-group policies and processes. Tax duties: You first and check sales tax pre-registrations or summary reports (ZM) and work closely with tax advice. Reporting and analysis: You create regular financial reports, analyzes deviations, and assist in creating ad hoc evaluations for management and external bodies. Provisions and limitations: You manage and evaluate provisions, accounting records and other balance sheet items. Process optimization: You identify optimization potentials in accounting and contribute to the digitization and automation of processes. Interface function: You work closely with the controlling, wage accounting, treasury and other specialist departments and act as a contact person for accounting questions. Examination preparation: You prepare and accompany internal and external audits (e.g. by auditors).

Education: Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further education to/from the account holder (IHK) or a comparable degree (e.g. Bachelor/Master in Business Administration with a focus on accounting). Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience in accounting or accounting, preferably in an international group or auditing company. Technical knowledge: Knowledge of HGB Experience with consolidation processes and intercompany voting of advantage. Knowledge of turnover tax (national and international) and tax law. IT knowledge: Very good user knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot tables, SVERWEIS, Power Query). Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP R3, ideally SAP HANA. Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, LucaNet) is a plus. Languages: German and English knowledge in word and writing. Soft Skills: independent, structured and process-oriented working. High analyseability and number affinity. Teamplayer mentality and communication strength. Flexibility and readiness for incorporation in Muttenz, CH (at Basel).
