What you do with us: You support customer support, in particular in the collection and solution-oriented processing of customer requests. You coordinate inquiries with internal departments and ensure high customer satisfaction. You take tasks in the CRM administration and actively participate in the care and development of our CRM tool (HubSpot). You participate in the automation and optimization of sales processes, e.g. in reporting. You'll create statistics as well as reports in the areas of sales and customer support. You support the optimization and further development of analysis and reporting dashboards (e.g. Metabase). You work on cross-departmental projects. You perform administrative tasks and support the team in day-to-day business.
